After cleansing and toning, unfold the mask and place it evenly on your face.
Leave on for 10–20 minutes to allow the calming essence to absorb.
Remove the sheet and gently pat remaining essence into the skin.
Use 2–3 times per week or as needed for sensitive, stressed, or irritated skin.
