DELIVERY

We are pleased to offer free delivery for orders over £30 on our online store, with the following delivery terms:

      1. UK based Orders: To qualify for free delivery, your order must have a subtotal of £30 or more. For orders below £30, we charge £3.49 for standard delivery within UK
      2. Delivery Timeframe: Our standard delivery timeframe is 2-3 business days. Please note that this timeframe does not include weekends or holidays.
      3. Processing Time: Once your order is received, we will process it within 1-2 business days before it is shipped out.
      4. Shipping Carrier: We work with trusted shipping carriers (Evri/DPD) to ensure your order is delivered to you safely and on time.
      5. Delivery Location: We currently offer delivery to addresses within U.K, Europe and Overseas. Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
      6. Delivery Fees: For orders that do not meet the £25 minimum, standard delivery fees will apply. These fees are based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the delivery location. You can view the delivery fee during the checkout process.
      7. EU based orders : We charge a delivery fee of £12.99 for all EU based orders below £125 (€145) . For orders above £125 (€145), we do not charge any delivery fee. We will aim to deliver the items within 4-10 working days.
      8. Customs Charges (EU) : For goods with a value up to €150, no customs duty will be charged. However, Value Added Tax (VAT) and other charges may still apply. For goods with a value over €150, customs duty and VAT may be charged. The rates of duty depend on the type of goods and their country of origin, and the VAT rate is set by the destination country. It's important to note that customs procedures can cause delays in delivery times, and additional fees may be charged by courier services for handling customs clearance.
      9. International orders:  We offer shipping to several countries outside of the UK and EU, including Canada, the United States, Switzerland, Kuwait and United Arab Emirates with a delivery charge of £14.99 for orders below £150. All orders above £150 are eligible for a free delivery. However, if your country is not included on this list and you are interested in making an order, you can contact Atelier de Glow via email at contact@atelierdeglow.com to inquire about the possibility of shipping to your location. We will aim to deliver within 10 working days.
      10. Customs Charges (Non EU) : It is important to be aware that non-EU countries may incur customs charges and delays, which can sometimes take up to 30 days, and Atelier De Glow cannot be held responsible for these issues. Any customs costs that are associated with the order will need to be paid in full by the customer.
      11. Delivery Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can track your order and stay informed about its delivery status.
      12. Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us within 2 days of the delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
