The APRILSKIN TXA Niacinamide 99 Milky Toner is a brightening, hydrating toner designed to improve skin clarity and even tone. Formulated with 99% pure tranexamic acid (TXA) and 5% niacinamide, it helps fade dark spots, reduce redness, and refine overall skin texture. Using a micro-emulsion method, the lightweight milky formula absorbs quickly, leaving skin smooth, fresh, and glowing without any heaviness. With seven types of hyaluronic acid, it delivers deep, multi-layer hydration to plump and strengthen the skin barrier. Hypoallergenic and gentle, it’s suitable for daily use to restore brightness and hydration for healthier-looking skin.

After cleansing, dispense a moderate amount onto the skin or a cotton pad.
Gently sweep across the face and neck, or pat in with hands until fully absorbed.
Use morning and night before serum and moisturizer.
