1. Start with cleansed, toned skin.
2. Remove the mask from the pouch and carefully unfold.
3. Apply the sheet evenly over the face, smoothing out any air bubbles.
4. Leave on for 15–20 minutes.
5. Remove the mask and gently pat the remaining essence into the skin until absorbed.
6. Follow with your usual moisturiser if needed.
